This approach is designed to identify and nurture a “calling” to Compassion and a commitment to respect, dignity and unconditional love with a “zero tolerance” of abuse and neglect towards seniors in loss of autonomy.

Offered as an in-depth tool to enhance mental health knowledge and skills, this program brings Health Care Providers perspectives, knowledge, motivation and skills to allow them to function at their own leading edge of the provision of care.

The modules provide an opportunity to challenge the mind and spirit of every individual in searching for excellence in caring.

Techniques and knowledge are important components of competency in delivering care. However our society is intensively looking for deeper sense of caring.

The Congruent Compassionate Approach™ provides an in-depth training opportunity to raise the quality of care for seniors by enhancing human growth and development.

Congruency, the unity of being and acting, becomes the beacon which emphasizes the importance of walking the talk. Our training has a time commitment and offer 3 choices:

     3 hours presentation as an in-service or a workshop

    10 hours seminar as a basic training which gives a CCA™ acknowledgment  
     certificate

    30 hours seminar and 30 hours research project along with a yearly report.
     Over a period of 3 years, the participant is certified Leader of Compassion 
     based on a summary of competency. They could be CCA™ facilitators in 
     their midst.
